         SB 80      restrict the release or use of social security numbers by the state and its political subdivisions unless certain security measures are taken.

         SB 90      Provide for voluntary limitations on campaign spending for legislative office.
             Senators Katus, Hanson (Gary), Hoerth, Jerstad, Maher, Napoli, Peterson (Jim), Schmidt (Dennis), and Two Bulls and Representatives Van Norman, Bradford, Kirkeby, Lucas, Nygaard, Sigdestad, and Thompson

         SB 100      repeal the restriction on certain political campaign contributions by Indian tribes.

         SB 135      require that all statutorily mandated reports to the Legislature be provided in electronic form.

         SB 126 *     allow municipalities and counties to issue additional on-sale alcoholic beverage licenses and to compensate certain existing on-sale license holders.
