On page 1, line 15, of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources bill, after "feet." insert " No application for licensure to plant, grow, or produce industrial hemp may be approved within the corporate limits of any incorporated municipality without receiving verification from the municipality that it meets all applicable municipal zoning regulations."
