    On page 1, line 6, of the House Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, delete "a grant to Feeding South Dakota" and insert "grants".

    On page 1, line 6, after "assistance." insert "The department shall issue requests for proposals in accordance with chapter 5-18A and may award emergency food assistance grants for a period not to exceed four years. Any grantee awarded funds shall provide a fiscal accounting and program performance data on an annual basis.".
