    A chiropractor is eligible to participate in the recruitment assistance program established pursuant to this Act if the chiropractor is licensed to practice chiropractic pursuant to chapter 36-5 and agrees to practice chiropractic in an eligible rural community for a minimum period of three years. However, no more than five chiropractors may participate in the program at any specified time.".
