HB 1128*    require the Board of Education to conduct public hearings before adopting certain standards.
HB 1153    revise and clarify certain provisions relating to the revocation of fur dealer licenses.
HB 1047    revise certain provisions relating to military law.
HB 1063    repeal certain statutes related to the testimony of sex offense victims and to evidence of a victim's prior sexual conduct and to establish the rationale and effect of the repeal.
HB 1065    repeal the requirement that the Unified Judicial System set forth a schedule for all fees paid directly to court reporters in its annual consolidated budget.



HB 1059*    revise Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
HB 1079    revise certain publication date citations for references to the International Building Code.
HB 1121    amend rate stability provisions to include plant additions.

HB 1018    (Deferred from 23rd LD) repeal certain obsolete or unnecessary provisions pertaining to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
HB 1066*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) allow for the cremation of deceased persons who are indigent and the funeral expenses are the financial responsibility of the county.
HB 1131*    revise certain provisions relating to the posting of public notice for meetings of public bodies.
HB 1263*    provide for mandatory HIV testing for any person convicted of prostitution or solicitation of prostitution and to provide for appropriate utilization of the test results.
HB 1046*    revise certain provisions regarding child custody during a soldier's deployment.
HB 1195*    authorize the collection of fees for certain educational programming and services, and to declare an emergency.
HB 1050    revise certain provisions regarding National Guard discipline and courts-martial.
HB 1064    allow the Supreme Court to establish certain rules for the use of interactive audio visual equipment and to provide for the collection and deposit of fees for the use thereof.
HB 1212    revise certain terms regarding tort liability.
HB 1192    amend certain limited liability company language.
