HB 1042 repeal certain obsolete statutes relating to the State Cement Plant Commission.

SB 124* (Deferred from 15th LD) revise per student allocation for state aid to education, to
revise the property tax levies for the general fund of school districts, and to revise
certain provisions concerning state aid and local effort.
SB 49 (Deferred from 20th LD) revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school
district.
SB 71 (Deferred from 20th LD) modify the requirements relating to the publication of the
administrative rules.
SB 192 (Deferred from 20th LD) make appropriations for the purpose of one-time increases
in education and health care funding.
SB 138 (Deferred from 20th LD) revise the state aid to education formula and to make an
appropriation.
