SB 48     (Deferred from 13th LD) make an appropriation for the payment of extraordinary litigation expenses and to declare an emergency.
SB 126     (Deferred from 13th LD) allow municipalities and counties to issue additional on-sale alcoholic beverage licenses and to compensate certain existing on-sale license holders.
SB 107     (Deferred from 14th LD) authorize county special assessments for certain improvements, maintenance, and repair to roadways in unorganized townships.
SB 59 *    (Fiscal Note) revise certain provisions regarding the South Dakota opportunity scholarship program.
SB 95 *    increase certain fees collected by sheriffs for collecting delinquent taxes.



SB 102 *    revise certain provisions regarding the homestead exemption, personal property exemptions, and insurance and annuity exemptions.
SB 123 *    provide for certain requirements for the sale and purchase of nonferrous metal property and to establish certain penalties.
SB 162     revise certain provisions related to the confidentiality of certain geological reports.
SB 163 *    revise certain provisions related to the initiation of modifications to county comprehensive plans.
SB 183     permit the creation of a transportation district and to establish its powers and bonding authority.
SB 190 *    impose a fee on certain pipelines carrying crude oil and to create a crude oil pipeline compensation fund that may be used in the event of a crude oil spill.
SB 201     revise certain eligibility requirements for the South Dakota opportunity scholarship.

HC 1002     (HJ p.304) Honoring Louie Krogman of White River, South Dakota, for setting the all-time scoring record for South Dakota boys' high school basketball.
