SB 71 (Deferred from 16th LD) modify the requirements relating to the publication of the
administrative rules.
SB 176 (Deferred from 17th LD) establish a program to assist rural health care facilities in
recruiting certain health care professionals and to repeal certain provisions regarding
recruitment incentive payments for health care professionals.
SB 81* (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for a special license plate for certain
persons on active duty in the military.
SB 113* (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for special motor vehicle license plates
for recipients of the silver star medal and recipients of the bronze star medal.
