         HB 1202      make an appropriation to fund an expansion of Teach for America.
             Representatives Heineman, Gilson, Lucas, McLaughlin, and Novstrup (Al) and Senators Olson (Ed), Gant, Gray, Heidepriem, Hoerth, Nesselhuf, and Turbak Berry

         HB 1254      create the facility equity fund to assist certain school districts with critical need for capital construction.
             Representatives Hackl, Davis, Elliott, and Olson (Betty) and Senators Maher and Duenwald

         HB 1288      allow any school district that qualifies for both the declining enrollment allowance and the growing enrollment payment in the same fiscal year to only benefit from the one that provides the most additional funding to the district.

         HB 1289      revise the state aid formula by limiting the declining enrollment allowance to only those school districts that lose at least ten students from one year to the next.

         HB 1306      allow certain students to participate in the opportunity scholarship program under certain circumstances.
