SB 70 (Deferred from 10th LD) revise the procedures for filing referred laws, initiated
constitutional amendments, and initiated measures and to revise certain election
provisions and campaign finance requirements for referred laws, initiated
constitutional amendments, and initiated measures.
SB 71 (Deferred from 10th LD) modify the requirements relating to the publication of the
administrative rules.
SB 23* place certain substances on the controlled substances schedule and to declare an
emergency.
SB 4 make an appropriation to continue the veterans' bonus program and to declare an
emergency.
SB 9 make an appropriation to reimburse certain family physicians and dentists who have
complied with the requirements of the physician tuition reimbursement program and
