Section 2. That chapter 189 of the 2007 Sessions Laws be amended by adding thereto a NEW
SECTION to read as follows:
Section 4. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated by June 30,
2013, shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8. ".
SB 52: authorize the South Dakota Building Authority and the Department of
Military and Veterans Affairs to provide for the design, construction, and equipping
of the veterans home near Hot Springs and to declare an emergency.
