        SB 65     allow nonpublic schools accredited by certain accrediting agencies other than the Department of Education to become members of the South Dakota High School Activities Association.

        SB 169     revise certain requirements relating to participation by tribal schools in the federal school lunch program.

        SB 154     provide funding for education by temporarily increasing the state sales and use tax.
