         SB 18     revise certain provisions regarding the licensing of home inspectors.
             Senators Kelly and Gant and Representatives Weems and Murschel

         SB 24     revise certain provisions concerning the authority of the Public Utilities Commission with regard to AC/DC conversion projects and energy conversion facilities.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 31     revise certain provisions relating to the licensing and regulation of technical professions.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Labor

         SB 35     rename the Board of Counselor Examiners and to revise certain provisions relating to the rule-making authority of the board.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         SB 37     revise certain provisions regarding fire safety and regarding the authority of the Department of Public Safety to promulgate rules pertaining to fire safety.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Public Safety

         SB 38     increase the annual operation certificate fee for certain boilers.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Public Safety

         SB 44     repeal certain provisions regarding waiting periods for the filing of insurance rates.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
