         SB 2     appropriate money for the creation of a circuit court judgeship in the second judicial circuit.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Bogue, and Moore and Representatives Michels, Hargens, and Rhoden

         SB 19     revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2006 regarding appropriations to the Board of Regents.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Board of Regents

         SB 22     authorize the Board of Regents to transfer title to a T-28 experimental aircraft from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to the Strategic Air and Space Museum.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Board of Regents

         SB 26     make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Bureau of Finance and Management

         SB 30     revise the use of certain funds in the Department of Education.
             The Committee on Education at the request of the Department of Education

         SB 65     appropriate money for roof repairs at Western Dakota Technical Institute and to declare an emergency.
             Senators McCracken, Adelstein, Duniphan, Lintz, Napoli, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Haverly, Brunner, Buckingham, Faehn, Hennies, Klaudt, McCoy, Peters, and Thompson

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
