         SB 4     establish certain air quality standards for hydrogen sulfide and to provide for their application to livestock facilities.
             Senators Kloucek and Koetzle and Representatives Gassman, Lange, and Valandra

         SB 62     revise certain reclamation surety requirements regarding uranium exploration and to authorize the Board of Minerals and Environment to adopt rules for the construction, operation, monitoring, and closure of uranium and other in situ leach mines.
             Senator Duenwald and Representative Deadrick

         SB 72     authorize veterinary livestock assistants to perform equine dentistry in certain circumstances.
             Senators Olson (Ed), Duniphan, Greenfield, and Kooistra and Representatives Sebert, Kroger, and Vehle

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
