         HJR 1001     To revise certain constitutional provisions regarding private and special laws.
             Representatives Michels, Haley, Heineman, Hunhoff, and Putnam and Senators Olson (Ed), Broderick, Gray, Peterson (Jim), and Schoenbeck at the request of the Constitutional Revision Commission

         HJR 1002     To repeal certain voided constitutional provisions regarding term limits for United States senators and representatives.
             Representatives Michels, Haley, Heineman, Hunhoff, and Putnam and Senators Olson (Ed), Broderick, Gray, Peterson (Jim), and Schoenbeck at the request of the Constitutional Revision Commission

         HJR 1003     To revise certain constitutional provisions regarding the Legislature.
             Representatives Michels, Haley, Heineman, Hunhoff, and Putnam and Senators Olson (Ed), Broderick, Gray, Peterson (Jim), and Schoenbeck at the request of the Constitutional Revision Commission

         HB 1018     delay the change in calculating the amount eligible for distribution from the Health Care Trust Fund and the Education Enhancement Trust Fund and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the requ est of the Bureau of Finance and Management

         HB 1019     revise and redirect certain revenues relating to the state capital construction fund, the ethanol fuel fund, the state highway fund, the water and environment fund, and the state general fund.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
