         HB 1063     clarify certain provisions concerning the authority of certain courts to issue warrants or summonses on indictment.

         HB 1064     increase the penalty for subsequent convictions for the crime of stalking.

         HB 1065     extend immunity to certain directors, trustees, and officers of certain nonprofit corporations and to members of certain advisory boards.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
