    Section 2. Any person who is legally entitled to transport or store a firearm or ammunition, but is denied the opportunity to do so by a policy or rule prohibited by section 1 of this Act, may bring a civil action in the appropriate court to enjoin any business entity or other public or private employer from violating section 1 of this Act. In any actions brought pursuant to this section, court costs and attorney fees shall be awarded to the prevailing plaintiff."

        A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION, Honoring the Sioux Falls Roosevelt High School Boys' Golf Team and the students involved in the program for winning the 2009 State Class AA Boys' Golf Championship.

    WHEREAS, the Roosevelt High School Boys' Golf Team became the 2009 State Class AA Boys' Golf Champions under the direction of head coach Pam Hoiland; and

    WHEREAS, the Roosevelt High School Boys' Golf Team was exemplary in its unity and the accord of all its members, including Grant Wynia, Austin Erickson, Mitchell Smith, Talon Eich, Blake Swee, and Austin Sitter; and

    WHEREAS, the Roosevelt High School Boys' Golf Team showed hard work, dedication, and determination in its goals toward the 2009 State Class AA Boys' Golf Championship title:

    HC 1013 Introduced by: Representatives Schlekeway and Solberg and Senator Gant

        A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION, Congratulating Grant Wynia from Sioux Falls Roosevelt High School for winning the 2009 State Class AA Boys' Golf individual championship title.

    WHEREAS, Grant Wynia set goals, trained hard in practice, and displayed enormous effort on the course to achieve his goals; and

    WHEREAS, He exhibited uncontested athleticism, sportsmanship, and professionalism in his conquest of the individual state championship; and

    WHEREAS, Grant Wynia carded a 147 and helped Roosevelt High School win the 2009 State Class AA Boys' Golf Championship:
