         SB 148     provide for a tax incentive for fuel blended with biodiesel.

         SB 126     allow municipalities and counties to issue additional on-sale alcoholic beverage licenses and to compensate certain existing on-sale license holders.

         SB 71     establish a rural community-based energy development program.

         SB 75     establish a residential geothermal heat pump grant program and to make an appropriation therefor.
