SB 75* (Removed from table, deferred with pending amendment, SJ 25th LD) define certain
terms for livestock identification purposes.
SB 115 (Deferred from 25th LD) prohibit the sale or delivery of contact lenses without a
prescription.
SB 156* (Deferred from 25th LD) require that determinations in both adult and juvenile court
proceedings relative to a controlled substance violation of a high school student
participating in extracurricular activities be reported to the South Dakota High
School Activities Association and to the school administrator.
SJR 5* (Deferred from 25th LD) Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general
election an amendment to Article III of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota,
relating to the authority of a special interim legislative committee to approve the
transfer of appropriated funds.

armory construction.
HB 1051 revise certain allocations for disabilities in the state aid for special education formula.
HB 1052* revise the definition of full-time equivalent to exclude students employed by public
postsecondary institutions.
HB 1056* make an appropriation from the coordinated natural resources conservation fund to
the State Conservation Commission and to declare an emergency.
HB 1179 revise certain provisions concerning the period within which tax deeds may be
