        SB 121*     require the Department of Education to establish certain programs for children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing.

        SB 183*     exclude students served in residential treatment facilities from the determination of the small school adjustment in the state aid to general education formula.

        BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

        SB 63*     provide for the establishment of a pilot charter school in South Dakota if the Department of Education receives a federal grant to fund it.
