    Provide for the continuation of the waiver of the collaborative agreement requirement for certified nurse midwives providing out-of-hospital birth services.
SB 152*    provide procedures by which adopted persons may obtain their original birth certificates.
SB 172*    provide for the assessment of certain agricultural land as noncropland.
    Revise the definition for environmental upgrades used to provide a property tax exemption for coal-fired power plants.
