        BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

        SB 90     provide an exception from one-call notification requirements to natural gas operators in emergency situations.
            Senators Hansen (Tom), Gillespie, Heidepriem, Miles, Novstrup (Al), Olson (Russell), and Peterson and Representatives Hamiel, Carson, Feickert, Hunhoff (Bernie), Rausch, Rave, Schlekeway, Solum, Street, Tidemann, and Turbiville

        SB 116     require that certain insurers provide notice by certified or registered mail under certain circumstances.

        SB 119     permit an auctioneer to offer an opinion regarding the value of property.
