SB 4    revise certain rule-making authority regarding the sale of certain alcoholic beverage container sizes to on-sale licensees.
SB 33*    revise certain provisions relating to delinquent tax accounts.
SB 78*    revise the total amount of revenue payable to municipalities and townships from taxes on real property.
SB 86    revise certain requirements related to the licensure of veterinarians.
HB 1021*    authorize the deposit of federal special education funds into the capital outlay fund for the purchase of equipment for the purpose of special education and to declare an emergency.
HB 1024    repeal the requirement for school districts to have certain teaching certificates on file.

SB 58*    (Fiscal Note) revise certain real property taxes for small renewable energy facilities.
SB 68*    update certain references to the building code.
SB 74*    repeal the prohibition against stem cell treatments and research and to establish ethical guidelines to regulate stem cell research.
    Clarify the use of treatments involving human embryonic stem cells.
SB 82*    require certain state contracts to be displayed on a searchable internet website.
SB 88    adopt the interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children.
SB 110    provide for the posting of a bond by parolees under certain circumstances.

SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

HB 1013    authorize the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to accept certain documents submitted with electronic signatures.
