        SB 88     adopt the interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children.

        SB 105     allow all school districts to have a general fund balance percentage of up to forty percent for fiscal years 2011 through 2015.

        SB 121     require the Department of Education to establish certain programs for children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing.
