         HB 1060*    (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ p. 718) authorize the Department of Corrections to purchase real property, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1082*    (Concur in Senate amendments; SJ pp. 727, 728 and 729) revise the funding of K-12 education in the state.
         HB 1101*    (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ pp. 719 and 720) make an appropriation to support the South Dakota Hall of Fame.
              Make an appropriation for maintenance and repair projects of the Board of Regents deemed critical to facility safety and function, and to declare an emergency.
         SCR 10    (SJ p. 713) Supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs of the South Dakota Alliance.

         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 180*    provide for the issuance of birth certificates for certain inter-country adoptions.
         SB 157*    revise the funding for K-12 education and to create a teacher compensation assistance program.
         SB 207*    increase the minimum wage.
         SB 43*    provide for the registration of tobacco retailers.
         SB 105*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) require an annual adjustment to the general fund levies of a school district by reducing local effort by nine million dollars from funds deposited in the property tax reduction fund from the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
              Authorize a county auditor to raise additional revenues for education from property taxes due to the results of certain court actions.
