         SB 10*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.643) revise certain requirements and procedures regarding the one-call notification system for excavation activities.
         SB 84*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.743) establish the special invasive weed and pest management fund and to increase the pesticide registration fee.
              Increase the maximum fees for conducting weights and measures inspections and testing.
         SB 153*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.671) provide for the suspension of certain county officials pending completion of criminal prosecutions.
         SB 197*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.642) adopt the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
         SJR 9*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.632) To propose a constitutional amendment to provide for forty-day legislative sessions.
