         HB 1041*    (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ p. 659) revise the fees for cosmetology, nail technology, and esthetics.
         HB 1063*    (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ p. 657) make an appropriation for maintenance and repair projects of the Board of Regents deemed critical to facility safety and function.
              Make an appropriation to fund state university information technology.
         HB 1155*    (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ p. 658) revise certain provisions concerning wholesale drug distributors.
         HB 1176*     (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ p. 651) establish international trade representation and stimulate economic development.
              Allow for grants from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, to revise certain provisions concerning the making of grants and loans from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, and to repeal the capital investment entity program, the value-added tourism subfund and the entrepreneur support program.
         HB 1249*    (Concur in Senate amendment; SJ pp. 650, 705 and 706) establish the teen court grant program, to require the submission of a report, to provide for its purpose and funding, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1286    (
HJ p. 729) require that records of archaeological sites be maintained and to provide that certain records remain confidential.

(HJ p. 739) reform certain campaign finance requirements and to establish certain fines and penalties.
         HB 1102    
(HJ p. 739) revise certain provisions related to the establishment of proof of compliance with applicable standards as due care in certain utility negligence claims.

         SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS
        
* Amended

         SB 105*     require an annual adjustment to the general fund levies of a school district by reducing local effort by nine million dollars from funds deposited in the property tax reduction fund from the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
              Authorize a county auditor to raise additional revenues for education from property taxes due to the results of certain court actions.

(Deferred from 35th LD) to make an appropriation for costs related to payments to sparse school districts and to declare an emergency.
         SB 173*    (JR 7-7; placed by motion) revise certain provisions concerning the assessment of real property, to revise certain tax levy limitations for schools, to revise certain provisions regarding property tax levies for school districts, and to repeal the nonagricultural acreage classification.
         SB 127*    require the disclosure of known contamination of waterways on property condition disclosure statements.
         SB 180*    provide for the issuance of birth certificates for certain inter-country adoptions.
         SB 157*    
revise the funding for K-12 education and to create a teacher compensation assistance program.
         SB 207*    increase the minimum wage.
         SB 43*    provide for the registration of tobacco retailers.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS
        
HC 1019    
(HJ p. 757) Recognizing the fiftieth anniversary of the Hungarian Revolution that began on October 23, 1956; the sacrifices of the brave Hungarian Freedom Fighters; the great contributions of Hungarian-Americans in South Dakota; and reaffirming the friendship between the people and governments of the United States and Hungary.

(HJ p.758) Honoring the members of the 2006 Pierre Governors Varsity Boys' Soccer Team and the coaches, administration, and parents involved in the program.
