define the status
of principal in the education enhancement trust fund and the health care trust fund.
Create and provide for the education enhancement tobacco tax fund and the health
care tobacco tax fund.
SCR 9 (Deferred from 34th LD; SJ p. 636) Requesting the United States Forest Service to
maintain and improve soil and vegetative cover throughout the National Grasslands
located in the State of South Dakota by allowing the use of rodenticides for the
management of the prairie dog population prior to reduction of other currently
existing multiple uses of the National Grasslands.

make an appropriation to initiate a

Offer a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiative, to transfer funds, and to

SB 44 require the conduct of criminal background checks for certain persons employed by
the Division of Banking.
SB 45 repeal the authority for state chartered savings and loan associations.

sparse school districts and to declare an emergency.
SB 197* (Deferred from 34th LD) adopt the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
SB 10* (Deferred from 34th LD) revise certain requirements and procedures regarding the
one-call notification system for excavation activities.
SB 198* (Deferred from 34th LD) provide for an Open Government Commission and the study
of open government issues.
SB 84* (Deferred from 34th LD)
establish the special invasive weed and pest management
fund and to increase the pesticide registration fee.
Increase the maximum fees for conducting weights and measures inspections and
testing.
