         SB 2*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.594) establish certain procedures regarding the verification of initiative and referendum signatures.
         SB 159*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.592) allow a taxpayer who is the subject of an audit to provide certain pertinent papers and documents after the prescribed deadline under limited circumstances.
         SB 195*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ pp.653, 655) allow member schools of the South Dakota High School Activities Association to provide a portion of certain admissions fees to local organizations that support interscholastic activities.

         * Amended

         HB 1113*     add two nonvoting student members to the South Dakota Board of Education.
              Prohibit school districts from granting credit for distance learning courses offered through entities other than the South Dakota Virtual High School.
         HB 1126    revise certain provisions concerning municipal sewer service.
         HB 1162*    revise certain provisions relating to the sales and distribution of tobacco products.

         HB 1132    (Removed from Consent Calendar) increase the maximum penalty that counties and municipalities may establish for a violation of an ordinance.
         HB 1060*    (Deferred from 33rd LD) authorize the Department of Corrections to purchase real property, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1041*    revise the fees for cosmetology, nail technology, and esthetics.
         HB 1063*     make an appropriation for maintenance and repair projects of the Board of Regents deemed critical to facility safety and function.
              Make an appropriation to fund state university information technology.
         HB 1155*    revise certain provisions concerning wholesale drug distributors.
         HB 1176*     establish international trade representation and stimulate economic development.
              Allow for grants from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, to revise certain provisions concerning the making of grants and loans from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, and to repeal the capital investment entity program, the value-added tourism subfund and the entrepreneur support program.
         HB 1249*    establish the teen court grant program, to require the submission of a report, to provide for its purpose and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1290*    provide for an Office of Indian Education and an Indian Education Advisory Council and to establish certain provisions to enhance Indian education in the state.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS

         SC 22    (SJ 33rd LD) Commending and honoring the 2006-2007 Madison High School Lady Bulldogs Gymnastics Team for their thirteenth straight championship title in the Class A Gymnastics State Tournament and for tying the national record for consecutive gymnastics state championships.
