SB 2* (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.594) establish certain procedures regarding the
verification of initiative and referendum signatures.
SB 159* (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.592) allow a taxpayer who is the subject of an
audit to provide certain pertinent papers and documents after the prescribed deadline
under limited circumstances.
SB 195* (Concur in House Amendments, HJ pp.653, 655) allow member schools of the South
Dakota High School Activities Association to provide a portion of certain admissions
fees to local organizations that support interscholastic activities.

municipalities may establish for a violation of an ordinance.
HB 1060* (Deferred from 33rd LD) authorize the Department of Corrections to purchase real
property, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
HB 1041* revise the fees for cosmetology, nail technology, and esthetics.

SC 22 (SJ 33rd LD) Commending and honoring the 2006-2007 Madison High School Lady
Bulldogs Gymnastics Team for their thirteenth straight championship title in the
Class A Gymnastics State Tournament and for tying the national record for
consecutive gymnastics state championships.
