         HB 1085    revise certain provisions related to the transfer of title.
         HB 1086    revise certain provisions related to the release of a lien by undertaking.
         HB 1124    add the solicitation to commit a crime to certain criminal provisions.
         HB 1132    increase the maximum penalty that counties and municipalities may establish for a violation of an ordinance.
         HB 1194*    authorize the disclosure of certain confidential information when a person who is subject to commitment proceedings has communicated a serious threat of serious physical injury against a reasonably identifiable victim.
         HB 1222*    clarify certain provisions relating to petitions for protection orders.
         HB 1231*    exempt certain wages from claims in bankruptcy.
         HB 1252*    provide certain provisions concerning the indemnification of the directors of cooperatives.
         HB 1275    establish a statute of limitations for real estate appraisers and their agents and employees for alleged malpractice, error, mistake, or omission.

         HB 1248*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide information to owners of certain property that had a significant increase in the assessed valuation of the property.
         HB 1262    (Deferred from 32nd LD) revise certain provisions regarding property tax exemptions for certain power generation facilities.
         HB 1266*    (Deferred from 32nd LD) allow a home school student to partially enroll in the student's resident school district or in another school district under certain circumstances and to clarify certain testing requirements for students who are partially enrolled.
         HB 1032*    make an appropriation to fund a dental externship program.
         HB 1060*    authorize the Department of Corrections to purchase real property, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1061*     make an appropriation to initiate a Mathematics and Science Academy.
              Offer a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiative, to transfer funds, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1072*    create a statewide 24/7 sobriety program, establish the 24/7 sobriety fund, and to make an appropriation therefor.
         HB 1108*    revise certain provisions regarding when and by whom chemical dependency evaluations occur after a conviction of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
         HB 1125    revise certain provisions concerning the adoption of municipal sewer utility charges.

         SC 20    (SJ 32nd LD) Commending and honoring the 2006-2007 Mitchell Kernels Gymnastics Team and their coach, Audra Rew, for the school's first Class AA High School Gymnastics State Championship.
         SC 21    (SJ 32nd LD) Commending the 2006 Freeman Flyers High School Girls' Cross Country Team for winning the state title in the Class B Cross Country Meet held at Huron on October 21, 2006.
