         HB 1091*    (Concur in Senate amendments; SJ p. 597) permit magistrate courts to administer adult probationary drug court programs under certain circumstances.
         HB 1200*    (Concur in Senate amendments; SJ p. 598) provide for a crime of domestic disorderly conduct and to provide a penalty therefor.
              Increase the penalty for multiple violations of disorderly conduct.
         HB 1288*    (Concur in Senate amendments; SJ p. 598) permit trustees to decant a trust under certain circumstances.
         SCR 6    (SJ p. 552) Supporting mandatory implementation of Federal Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) laws passed by Congress in 2002.
         SCR 8    (SJ p. 615) Establishing South Dakota's commitment to the development of the bioeconomy.

         SB 87    (Deferred from 32nd LD) permit school district boards to consist of a combination of members who are elected at large and by member representation areas.
         SB 103    (Deferred from 32nd LD) provide for the appointment of members of the Brand Board by district.

         SB 147    revise the definition of wages for unemployment insurance.
         SB 182*     provide for incentives for the development of certain power production facilities utilizing renewable resources.
              Revise and establish certain provisions regarding the setting of rates for public utilities.
         SB 98    revise or clarify certain provisions relating to the classification and creation of trusts.
         SB 99    adopt the Uniform Principal and Income Act.
         SB 193*    prohibit the abuse of certain elderly persons and to revise certain provisions regarding the abuse of disabled adults.

         SC 17    (SJ p. 645) Commending and honoring Michelle Sanger for receiving the Prudential Spirit of Community Award for being one of the top volunteers in South Dakota.
