         SB 123*     provide that sheriffs receive payment for marshaling assets for an execution of judgment or execution sale even if no sale occurs.
             Senators Albers, Abdallah, Apa, Bartling, Gant, Gray, Nesselhuf, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Hargens, Cutler, Deadrick, Dykstra, Gillespie, Lust, Moore, Pederson (Gordon), Rave, Weems, and Willadsen

         SB 127*     require the disclosure of known contamination of waterways on property condition disclosure statements.
             Senators Hanson (Gary), Heidepriem, Lintz, McNenny, Nesselhuf, and Peterson (Jim) and Representatives Halverson, Hargens, Lucas, Moore, Pitts, Rhoden, Sigdestad, Street, and Vehle

         SB 136*     provide for the release of the juvenile monitor's report after clearance by the attorney general and to provide for a confidential addendum to the report.
