Board of Regents to sell certain used computers through university bookstores and
to declare an emergency.

requirements and to establish certain fines and penalties.

SCR 4 (SJ p. 308) Requesting all qualifying school districts in South Dakota to use the
South Dakota Department of Education developed, and South Dakota Board of
Education approved, Model Wellness Policy as a guideline.
SB 46 clarify the tax exempt and licensure status of fraternal benefit societies.
SB 118 permit the Public Utilities Commission to approve tariff mechanisms for the
automatic annual adjustment of charges for jurisdictional costs of new environmental
measures.
SB 50* revise certain provisions of parole eligibility.
SB 61 include adopted children within certain child support deviations.
SB 73 (Deferred from 31st LD) revise certain provisions concerning precinct boundaries and
polling places.
SB 87 (Deferred from 31st LD) permit school district boards to consist of a combination of
members who are elected at large and by member representation areas.
SB 103 (Deferred from 31st LD) provide for the appointment of members of the Brand Board
by district.
