         SB 97*     revise certain miscellaneous provisions of the trust statutes.

         SB 98     revise or clarify certain provisions relating to the classification and creation of trusts.

         SB 99     adopt the Uniform Principal and Income Act.

         SB 168     revise certain provisions regarding the reporting requirements of the juvenile corrections monitor.

         SB 180*     provide for the recognition of certain adoption orders from foreign jurisdictions and to provide for the issuance of birth certificates for certain inter-country adoptions.

         SB 193*     prohibit the abuse of certain elderly persons and to revise certain provisions regarding the abuse of disabled adults.

         SB 215     eliminate certain filings with the Department of Social Services in adoption cases in which the children are not in the custody of the department.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
