         SCR 8    (SJ 30th LD) Establishing South Dakota's commitment to the development of the bioeconomy.
         SB 15*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.317) require certain immunizations for students attending postsecondary educational institutions.
         SB 39*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.232) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 70*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.514) repeal the regulation of massage therapists.
              Revise certain fees, continuing education requirements, and examination requirements for massage therapists.
         SB 125*    (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.496) allow an abandoned mobile home or manufactured home to be moved under certain conditions and to require property taxes to be abated on certain abandoned mobile homes and manufactured homes.

         * Amended

         SCR 6    Supporting mandatory implementation of Federal Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) laws passed by Congress in 2002.
         HB 1067*    revise certain reversion provisions regarding an appropriation to the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority.




HB 1091*    permit magistrate courts to administer adult probationary drug court programs under certain circumstances.
         HB 1144    limit the transfer of contested Public Utilities Commission cases to the Office of Hearing Examiners.
         HB 1200*     provide for a crime of domestic disorderly conduct and to provide a penalty therefor.
              Increase the penalty for multiple violations of disorderly conduct.
         HB 1288*    permit trustees to decant a trust under certain circumstances.

         HB 1036    make an appropriation to reimburse certain school districts for consolidation incentives.
         HB 1069*    increase liquidated court costs and revise how they are allocated.
         HB 1074    make an appropriation for the support of the state fair.
         HB 1141*    create the health and safety facility equity program to assist certain school districts with critical need for capital construction.
         HB 1145*    revise certain provisions concerning utility right-of-way maintenance.
         HB 1189*    require certain children to be in booster seats when in motor vehicles.
         HB 1196*    provide for notice and opportunity to remedy residential construction defects.
         HB 1205*    provide funds to the state technical institutes.
         HB 1279*    create a task force to study permanent funding options for the state technical institutes, to provide for its composition, and to declare an emergency.

         SC 16    (SJ 30th LD) Honoring Jill Young of Mitchell, South Dakota, for setting the all-time scoring record for South Dakota girls' high school basketball.
         HC 1010    (HJ p.607) Recognizing and honoring Jennifer Mellette of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe as Miss Standing Rock 2006-2007 and for her achievements and service.
         HC 1011    (HJ p.608) Honoring Charlotte Mohling of Wessington Springs as South Dakota's 2007 Teacher of the Year.
