bioeconomy.
SB 15* (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.317) require certain immunizations for students
attending postsecondary educational institutions.
SB 39* (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.232) provide claims information to commercial
property casualty insureds.
SB 70* (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.514)
repeal the regulation of massage therapists.
Revise certain fees, continuing education requirements, and examination
requirements for massage therapists.
SB 125* (Concur in House Amendment, HJ p.496) allow an abandoned mobile home or
manufactured home to be moved under certain conditions and to require property
taxes to be abated on certain abandoned mobile homes and manufactured homes.

HB 1091* permit magistrate courts to administer adult probationary drug court programs under
certain circumstances.
HB 1144 limit the transfer of contested Public Utilities Commission cases to the Office of
Hearing Examiners.
