         HB 1058*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 518) revise certain provisions related to the placement of juveniles under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections.
         HB 1174*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 549) increase the maximum amount for which used motor vehicles may be sold or transferred to be exempt from excise tax.
         HB 1241*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 548, 606) allow the Board of Regents to sell certain used computers through university bookstores and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1286*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 515)require that records of archaeological sites be maintained and to provide that certain records remain confidential.

         SB 81    remove the reference to party affiliations for independent candidates on the certificate of nomination and the ballot.
         SB 79*    revise the boundaries of the Black Hills Forest Fire Protection District, to authorize the continuation of activities by certain business affected by the boundary change, and to prohibit the discharge of fireworks within a zone adjacent to the district.

         SB 184    (Deferred from 30th LD) make an appropriation to reimburse certain family physicians, midlevel practitioners, and dentists who have complied with the requirements of the physician tuition reimbursement program, the midlevel tuition reimbursement program, or the dental tuition reimbursement program.
         SB 219    (Deferred from 30th LD) make an appropriation for a drought tolerance biotechnology research center and to declare an emergency.
         SB 88    (Deferred from 30th LD) adopt the Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act.
         SB 142*    (Deferred from 30th LD) provide for collection of certain workers' compensation by court order.
         SB 160*    (Deferred from 30th LD) require timely honoring of rebates and to provide a private cause of action.
         SB 47*    (Deferred from 30th LD) prevent illegal multiple employer welfare arrangements and other illegal health insurers.
         SB 3*    (Deferred from 30th LD) revise certain provisions relating to the circulation and signing of initiative and referendum petitions and to provide a penalty for violation thereof.
         SB 32*    (Deferred from 30th LD) revise certain provisions relating to the distribution of funds to sparse school districts, and to declare an emergency.
         SB 30    (Deferred from 30th LD) to make an appropriation for costs related to payments to sparse school districts and to declare an emergency.
         SB 159*    allow a taxpayer who is the subject of an audit to provide certain pertinent papers and documents after the prescribed deadline under limited circumstances.
         SB 2*    establish certain procedures regarding the verification of initiative and referendum signatures.
         SB 55    authorize the Board of Regents to purchase improved real property adjacent to the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 56    authorize the Board of Regents to acquire a seed technology facility for South Dakota State University, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
         SB 57*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a straw bale house at the McCrory Gardens on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 6    revise certain provisions concerning the election procedures for political parties.
         SB 73    revise certain provisions concerning precinct boundaries and polling places.
         SB 87    permit school district boards to consist of a combination of members who are elected at large and by member representation areas.
         SB 103    provide for the appointment of members of the Brand Board by district.
