         SB 46     clarify the tax exempt and licensure status of fraternal benefit societies.

         SB 108     provide for the continuation of certain health insurance coverage for dependents.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Office of the Governor

         SB 147     revise the definition of wages for unemployment insurance.

         SB 165*     repeal and reestablish provisions to regulate mortgage lenders and brokers.
             Senators Gant, Abdallah, Dempster, Gray, Hauge, Koetzle, and McCracken and Representatives Krebs, Ahlers, Boomgarden, Olson (Russell), Rave, Wick, and Willadsen

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
