         SB 17    (Deferred from 28th LD: Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 39*    (Deferred from 28th LD) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 7    (Deferred from 28th LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.
         SB 15*    (Deferred from 28th LD) require certain immunizations for students attending postsecondary educational institutions.
         SB 94    (Deferred from 28th LD) require a motor vehicle manufacturer to reimburse a consumer for excise tax and license and registration fees if a vehicle is replaced under lemon law provisions.
         SB 83    (Deferred from 28th LD) revise the eligibility qualifications for an assessment freeze of single-family dwellings.
         SB 96    (Deferred from 28th LD) provide property tax benefits to certain disabled veterans.
         SB 89*    (Deferred from 28th LD) adopt the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act.



        
         SB 125*    (Deferred from 28th LD) allow an abandoned mobile home or manufactured home to be moved under certain conditions and to require property taxes to be abated on certain abandoned mobile homes and manufactured homes.
         SB 25*    (Deferred from 28th LD) revise certain requirements regarding the ability of the Public Utilities Commission to regulate the sale or other disposition of the property, plant, business, or stock of electric or gas public utilities.
         SB 62    (Deferred from 28th LD) allow for the electronic service of orders to withhold income in the collection of child support.
         SB 70*    (Deferred from 28th LD) repeal the regulation of massage therapists.
              Revise certain fees, continuing education requirements, and examination requirements for massage therapists.
         SB 9    (Deferred from 28th LD) require water pollution control permits for certain concentrated animal feeding operations.
         SB 60    authorize the purchase of certain improved real property in Pierre and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 86    require the Bureau of Finance and Management to designate pay periods for state payroll systems.
         SB 32*    revise certain provisions relating to the distribution of funds to sparse school districts, and to declare an emergency.
         SB 33*    revise certain kindergarten enrollment requirements and repeal the nursery school age requirement.
         SB 67    repeal certain provisions related to distribution of funds to school districts based on adequate yearly progress.
         SB 68    revise certain provisions regarding the use of the state institute fund by the Department of Education.
         SB 195    allow member schools of the South Dakota High School Activities Association to remit certain admissions fees to private entities for the support of interscholastic activities.
