         HB 1258*     appropriate money for the Black Hills Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.
              Create an intensive methamphetamine treatment program and revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2007, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1271*     make an appropriation to reimburse counties for the cost of the 2008 presidential primary.
              Create a drug court program in the Unified Judicial System and make an appropriation therefor.
         HB 1126    revise certain provisions concerning municipal sewer service.

              Offer a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiative, to transfer funds, and to declare an emergency.

         SB 17    (Deferred from the 27th LD; Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 39*    (Deferred from the 27th LD) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 7    (Deferred from the 27th LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.
         SB 15*    (Deferred from the 27th LD) require certain immunizations for students attending postsecondary educational institutions.
         SB 94    (Deferred from the 27th LD) require a motor vehicle manufacturer to reimburse a consumer for excise tax and license and registration fees if a vehicle is replaced under lemon law provisions.
         SB 83    (Deferred from the 27th LD) revise the eligibility qualifications for an assessment freeze of single-family dwellings.
         SB 96    (Deferred from the 27th LD) provide property tax benefits to certain disabled veterans.

         SB 125*    (Deferred from the 27th LD) allow an abandoned mobile home or manufactured home to be moved under certain conditions and to require property taxes to be abated on certain abandoned mobile homes and manufactured homes.
         SB 25*    (Deferred from the 27th LD) revise certain requirements regarding the ability of the Public Utilities Commission to regulate the sale or other disposition of the property, plant, business, or stock of electric or gas public utilities.
         SB 62    (Deferred from the 27th LD) allow for the electronic service of orders to withhold income in the collection of child support.
         SB 70*     repeal the regulation of massage therapists.
              Revise certain fees, continuing education requirements, and examination requirements for massage therapists.
         SB 9    require water pollution control permits for certain concentrated animal feeding operations.
