         SB 196*    (Intent to reconsider vote by which passed) revise the places where smoking is prohibited.
         HB 1255    (Intent to reconsider vote by which lost) expand the duties of the juvenile corrections monitor.
Senator Knudson will move to suspend the rules to provide for second reading and immediate consideration of SB 69, 157, and 174.

         HB 1031    provide for the regulation of telepharmacy and to establish a fee therefor.
         HB 1077*    impose a tax on the net revenues of intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded.
         HB 1152    revise the procedures for due process regarding the central registry for abuse and neglect.
         HB 1153    revise certain references regarding the reunification of an abused or neglected child with a parent and regarding grounds for termination of parental rights and regarding the operation of the central registry for abuse and neglect.
         HB 1226* revise provisions related to water project district voter eligibility.



         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 108    (Fiscal note) provide for the continuation of certain health insurance coverage for dependents.
         SB 169*    (Deferred from 26th LD) provide for the formation of legislative ethics committees and to provide for the adoption of legislative codes of ethics.
         SB 59*    revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2007 regarding appropriations to the Department of Health, the Board of Regents, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Human Services, and the Office of the Attorney General, and to declare an emergency.
         SB 218*    authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to provide for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, and modernization of state park facilities and infrastructure at Custer State Park near Custer for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, to allow the general fund to temporarily cover the initial construction costs, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1129*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for the conversion of certain cooperatives into business corporations.
         HB 1068*    (Deferred from 26th LD) revise the criminal penalty for perjury.
         HB 1183*    (Deferred from 26th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the use of a transporter license plate.
         HB 1018*    make an appropriation for the control and suppression of pine beetles in Custer State Park.
         HB 1064    authorize the Board of Regents to accept additional donations for the improvements to O'Harra Stadium at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1065* authorize the Board of Regents to construct multi-use storage facilities at South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
         HB 1069*    increase liquidated court costs and revise how they are allocated.
         HB 1100    authorize the Legislative Research Council to remodel, renovate, and furnish certain facilities on the fourth floor of the State Capitol Building for use by the Legislature, and to make an appropriation therefor.
