         SB 7    (Deferred from 26th LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.

         SB 94    (Deferred from 26th LD) require a motor vehicle manufacturer to reimburse a consumer for excise tax and license and registration fees if a vehicle is replaced under lemon law provisions.

         SB 62    allow for the electronic service of orders to withhold income in the collection of child support.
