         HB 1019*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 434) rename the rodent and reptile control fund and to validate the Department of Agriculture's authority to sell rodent control products.
         HB 1021*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 435) add additional species to those which may be hunted without a license by residents on their own land.
         HCR 1007    (HJ p. 485) Encouraging the Legislature of the State of South Dakota to continue in its practice and to further examine using people first language, which will acknowledge individuals as people before they acknowledge any disability.

         HB 1249*    (Deferred from 25th LD) establish the teen court grant program and to provide for its purpose.
         HB 1222*    (Deferred from 25th LD) clarify certain provisions relating to petitions for protection orders.
         HB 1162*    revise certain provisions relating to the sales and distribution of tobacco products.
         HB 1207*    provide for the practice of independent midwifery.
         HB 1149*    prohibit the firing of a firearm at any school building, vehicle, or premises.
         HB 1293*    regulate the performance of certain abortions, to reinstate the prohibition against certain acts causing the termination of the life of an unborn human being, and to prescribe a penalty therefor.
         HB 1074    make an appropriation for the support of the state fair.

         SB 17    (Deferred from 25th LD; Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 39*    (Deferred from 25th LD) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 7    (Deferred from 25th LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.
         SB 15*    (Deferred from 25th LD) require certain immunizations for students attending postsecondary educational institutions.
         SB 94    (Deferred from 25th LD) require a motor vehicle manufacturer to reimburse a consumer for excise tax and license and registration fees if a vehicle is replaced under lemon law provisions.
         SB 83    (Deferred from 25th LD) revise the eligibility qualifications for an assessment freeze of single-family dwellings.
         SB 96    (Deferred from 25th LD) provide property tax benefits to certain disabled veterans.
