         HB 1155*    (Deferred from 24th LD) revise certain provisions concerning wholesale drug distributors.
         HB 1251    (Deferred from 24th LD) exempt the gross receipts received from certain controlled groups from the contractor's excise tax.

         HB 1266*    (Deferred from 24th LD) allow a home school student to partially enroll in the student's resident school district or in another school district under certain circumstances and to clarify certain testing requirements for students who are partially enrolled.

         SC 9    (SJ p. 465) Honoring an outstanding South Dakota businessman, meat processor, and outdoorsman, Leeallen "Lee" Hofer, who passed on recently as he was clearing snow from the pond he created for fishing with his grandchildren.
