         HB 1078    allow tribal agencies that provide child welfare services to obtain results from a check of the central registry for abuse and neglect.
         HB 1079    establish certain provisions regarding the child abuse and neglect central registry.
         HB 1099    authorize certain domestic limited liability companies and partnerships to be registered agents of foreign corporations.
         HB 1147    revise certain provisions regarding notices of claims against governmental entities.
         HB 1210    revise certain provisions concerning municipal operating agreements.
         HB 1217*    (Amended HJ p. 402) require certain signs to identify polling places on election day.

         SB 3*    (deferred from 24th LD) revise certain provisions relating to the circulation and signing of initiative and referendum petitions and to provide a penalty for violation thereof.
         SB 104*     define the status of principal in the education enhancement trust fund and the health care trust fund.
              Create and provide for the education enhancement tobacco tax fund and the health care tobacco tax fund.
         SB 168    revise certain provisions regarding the reporting requirements of the juvenile corrections monitor.
         SB 173*    revise certain provisions concerning the assessment of real property, to revise certain tax levy limitations for schools, to revise certain provisions regarding property tax levies for school districts, and to repeal the nonagricultural acreage classification.
         SB 187*    provide for appropriate emergency health care for rape survivors and to require health care facilities and the Department of Health to provide information to rape survivors.
         SB 198*    provide for an Open Government Commission.
         SB 206    permit and provide for the issuance of certificates of birth resulting in stillbirth.

         HB 1071    revise certain provisions regarding the title of initiated measures and the filing of initiated measures.
         HB 1154    revise the provisions concerning the addition of noncontiguous property to certain business improvement districts that have a common zoning designation.
         HB 1160*     repeal the requirement for physician involvement in the execution of a sentence of death by eliminating certain specified roles.
         HB 1165    revise certain provisions concerning notice and hearing requirements for vacating a municipal street or alley.
         HB 1175    provide for the substances used in the execution of a sentence of death and to allow the choice of the substances used in an execution under certain circumstances.
         HB 1255    expand the duties of the juvenile corrections monitor.

         HC 1005    (HJ p. 435) Congratulating and honoring Dr. Rick Melmer on his election as President-Elect of the Council of Chief State School Officers.
