     61-6-1.9.   The exception in §§ 61-6-1.2 and 61-6-1.3 that disqualifies an individual because the individual performs services in an educational institution does not disqualify an individual who is in the employ of an elementary or secondary school operated by the federal government or an agency of the federal government , or who is in the employ of a tribal government and performs services in an educational institution and such employ is funded by the tribal government with federal grant funds received under Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 . "
