         HB 1188     prohibit the recovery of property damage loss for persons not having proof of financial responsibility at the time of a motor vehicle accident.

         HB 1190     allow the evidence of the failure to wear a safety belt to mitigate damages under certain circumstances.

         SB 10*     revise certain requirements and procedures regarding the one-call notification system for excavation activities.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Statewide One-Call Notification Board

         SB 80     increase the fees permitted to recover reasonable costs and expenses on dishonored checks.
             Senators McCracken, Albers, Apa, Gant, Gray, Hansen (Tom), Maher, Napoli, Peterson (Jim), and Smidt and Representatives Rounds, Carson, Krebs, Lust, Moore, Novstrup (Al), Pederson (Gordon), Peters, Rave, Street, Tidemann, and Weems

         SB 89*     adopt the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act.
             Senators Knudson and Heidepriem and Representatives Lust, Cutler, and Engels
