         HB 1072     create a statewide 24/7 sobriety program, establish the 24/7 sobriety fund, and to make an appropriation therefor.

         HB 1149     prohibit the firing of a firearm at any school building, vehicle, or premises.
             Representatives Lucas, Ahlers, Bradford, DeVries, Elliott, Gassman, Gilson, Hills, McLaughlin, Novstrup (Al), Olson (Ryan), Thompson, and Weems and Senators Two Bulls, Hanson (Gary), Olson (Ed), and Peterson (Jim)

         HB 1185     limit the liability of certain passenger or excursion train providers.
             Representatives Turbiville, Dykstra, Gillespie, Halverson, Hanks, Hills, Moore, Novstrup (Al), Olson (Russell), Pederson (Gordon), Peters, Pitts, Rausch, Rave, Rhoden, Street, and Willadsen and Senators Hansen (Tom), Albers, Apa, Bartling, Gant, Greenfield, Hanson (Gary), Hunhoff, Katus, Koetzle, Napoli, Peterson (Jim), and Smidt (Orville)

         HB 1219     prohibit sex offenders from entering certain school buildings or premises, to provide for waivers issued by school boards under certain circumstances, and to provide penalties for violations thereof.

         HB 1309     increase the penalty for selling or giving an alcoholic beverage to certain persons under the age of twenty-one.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.          HB 1254     establish the elements of the crime of masturbating or ejaculating in the presence of a child and to provide a penalty therefor.
