HB 1020 permit the South Dakota Department of Agriculture to contract with individual
firefighters and support personnel.
HB 1035* revise the required grade levels for assessment of writing skills.
HB 1037* repeal certain health certification requirements of school employees.
HB 1038 revise certain provisions regarding the interstate enrollment options program.
HB 1051* revise certain requirements regarding the licensing of insurance producers.
HB 1052* revise the requirements for coordination of benefits between health plans.
HB 1053 provide certain standards for health maintenance organizations in individual health
insurance.
HB 1054* revise certain requirements for the independent audit of insurers.

SB 115 (Fiscal Note) revise certain provisions regarding the rule-making authority of the
Board of Education.

HB 1163 allow certain repossessed motor vehicles to be sold without title in the name of the
entity selling these motor vehicles.
HB 1235 authorize the trapping and hunting of certain furbearing animals by nonresidents.
