         HB 1225    revise the title of the coordinated soil and water conservation fund and coordinated soil and water conservation plan.
         HB 1115    authorize a county auditor to raise additional revenues for education from property taxes due to the results of certain court actions.

         HB 1174    (Fiscal Note) increase the maximum amount for which used motor vehicles may be sold or transferred to be exempt from excise tax.
         HB 1278*    (Deferred from 20th LD) require emergency medical technicians to be trained in the administration of epinephrine.
         HB 1005*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) appropriate funds to provide services to victims of sexual assault.
              Revise the reporting requirements involving sex offense victims.
         HB 1280    (Deferred from 22nd LD) revise certain provisions permitting decisions of a planning commission to be overruled by other public bodies.
         HB 1145*    revise certain provisions concerning utility right-of-way away maintenance.
         HB 1194*    authorize the disclosure of certain confidential information when a person who is subject to commitment proceedings has communicated a serious threat of serious physical injury against a reasonably identifiable victim.




         HB 1048*    reform certain campaign finance requirements and to establish certain fines and penalties.
         HB 1155*    revise certain provisions concerning wholesale drug distributors.
         HB 1251    exempt the gross receipts received from certain controlled groups from the contractor's excise tax.
         HB 1178    provide for the issuance of special nonresident duck hunting licenses for use in certain counties.
         HB 1182    revise the petition requirements for the formation of an ambulance district.

         SB 38    (Deferred from 22nd LD) define expansion of an existing building or structure for purposes of the tax refund program for the construction of agricultural processing and new business facilities.
         SB 18*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) revise the chiropractic scope of practice.
         SB 17    (Deferred from 22nd LD; Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 49    (Deferred from 22nd LD) revise certain provisions relating to the Board of Counselor Examiners' authority to promulgate rules regarding marriage and family therapy.
         SB 39*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 7    (Deferred from 22nd LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.

         SC 5    (SJ p. 430) Commending the 2006 Yankton High School Bucks Boys' Cross Country Team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Cross Country Meet for the second consecutive year.
         SC 6    (SJ p. 430) Commending the 2006 Yankton High School Boys' Golf Team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Golf Championship.
         SC 7    (SJ p. 431) Commending the 2006 Yankton High School Gazelles Girls' Cross Country Team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Cross Country Meet.
